Privacy Policy

We collect the following, and only when you choose to provide it:

• Your name, email address and mobile number — when you sign in to take the placement test, book a counselling session, or enrol in a course.
• Your WhatsApp contact details — if you join our English speaking community using a link on this website, the mobile number and WhatsApp profile name that WhatsApp makes visible to the group. Joining the group is also how you consent to us contacting you about our courses and offers — see the Terms & Conditions.
• Your self-reported English level and learning goal — when you fill in the session booking form, so the counsellor can prepare for your call.
• Your test activity and results — the answers you select, how long each question takes, your CEFR level and score.
• Booking and payment records — the session or course purchased, the amount, and the payment reference returned by our payment provider.
• Marketing attribution — if you arrive through a campaign link, the campaign source, medium and name recorded from that link.
• Technical information — standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure checkout. We receive only a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies — a secure sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in after you verify your mobile number. The site cannot function without this.
• Browser storage — your in-progress test answers and campaign attribution are stored in your browser so you do not lose progress if a page reloads.
• Analytics and advertising — we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These may set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or taking the test.

We use the information above to:

• verify your mobile number and sign you in;
• deliver the placement test and produce your result and course recommendation;
• schedule and run your one-on-one counselling session;
• process payments and maintain records of what you purchased;
• respond to your enquiries and provide support;
• improve our courses, tests and website; and
• tell you about our products, offers and services.

If you have shared your contact details with us, we may contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, including where your number is registered with DND. You may opt out at any time by writing to info@iquanta.in.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website, and only to the extent they need it:

• Razorpay — to process payments.
• MSG91 — to send the one-time password that verifies your mobile number.
• Google and Meta — for website analytics and advertising measurement.
• WATI — to operate the WhatsApp chat widget, if you choose to use it.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you join our community group. WhatsApp shows your mobile number and profile name to the group’s administrators and, depending on the group’s settings, to other participants. That is how WhatsApp groups work rather than something we control, and your use of the group is also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — to host this website and store its data. Data may be stored on servers located in India or abroad.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to prevent fraud or harm, or to protect the security of our services.

Access to our databases is restricted and password protected, sign-in cookies are issued as signed, HTTP-only cookies, and traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

We keep your account details, test results, bookings and payment records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for our legal, accounting and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, subject to records we are required to retain.

Providing personal information is voluntary, though we may not be able to provide the test, a booking or support without it. You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete it. Write to info@iquanta.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

You can stop marketing messages at any time by writing to the same address. If you joined our WhatsApp community you may also leave the group whenever you like — but note that leaving the group does not by itself withdraw your consent to be contacted, so write to us as well if you want the messages to stop.

This website is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any information we have already collected will continue to be handled consistently with the policy in force when it was collected.
