To take the placement test, book a session or enrol in a course you must verify your mobile number using the one-time password we send you. You agree that the name, email address and mobile number you provide are accurate and belong to you, and that you will keep them up to date.

You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Do not share access with anyone else.

The placement test is an adaptive screening tool that estimates your level on the CEFR scale (A1–C2). It is provided for guidance only. It is not a certified examination and is not a substitute for IELTS, TOEFL or any other accredited qualification. Results should be read alongside a live conversation for any high-stakes placement.

You agree to attempt the test yourself and without outside assistance. We may withhold or invalidate a result where we reasonably believe the test has been manipulated or automated.

A paid counselling session is a one-on-one call of approximately 30 minutes with an English expert, at the date and time you select. The session is delivered over phone or a video platform. Please be reachable on the number you provided at the time you booked.

Slots are limited and are held for a short period while you complete payment. A slot is only confirmed once payment succeeds. If we are unable to run a session you have paid for, we will offer you an alternative slot or a refund — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Course fees, session prices, inclusions and validity periods are shown on the website and may change at any time. The price that applies to you is the one displayed at the time you complete your purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Access to a course begins once payment is confirmed and runs for the validity period stated for that course.

Promotional prices, discounts and offers are limited, may be withdrawn at any time, and may not be combined unless we say so.

We offer a link on this website to join our English speaking community on WhatsApp. Joining is entirely optional and is never required in order to take the placement test, book a session or enrol in a course.

If you join the group using a link offered on this website, you agree to share your contact details with us — including your mobile number and WhatsApp profile name — and you consent to us contacting you for marketing and promotional purposes. That includes messages about our courses, offers, events and free sessions, sent by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp, and it applies even if your number is registered with DND.

Please also be aware that WhatsApp itself displays your mobile number and profile name to the group’s administrators, and, depending on the group’s settings, to other participants. That is a function of WhatsApp rather than something we control. The group is provided by WhatsApp, and your use of it is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

You may leave the group at any time, and you may withdraw your consent to marketing contact at any time by writing to info@iquanta.in. Leaving the group does not by itself withdraw that consent, and withdrawing consent does not affect anything we sent you beforehand. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

The group is moderated. We may remove any participant who posts spam or promotional content, behaves abusively, shares unlawful material, or redistributes our course or test material.

You must not:

• copy, record, republish, resell or redistribute any test question, course material or session content;
• share your account or course access with any other person;
• use automated tools to access, scrape or interfere with this website;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, its systems or its data;
• use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or overburden it; or
• behave abusively towards our staff or counsellors.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these terms are breached.

All content on this website — including the question bank, course material, text, graphics, logos and software — belongs to iQuanta or its licensors and is protected by law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own learning only. All other rights are reserved.

This website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, our payment provider and externally hosted course pages. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of any third-party website.

We provide this website and our services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the test result will be accurate for every purpose. We make no guarantee of any specific learning outcome, score, admission or employment result.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the version that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
