Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once you enrol in a course and make the required payment, the enrolment is final. It cannot be changed or cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Course fees, inclusions and validity periods are set out on the course page. Please review them, and speak to our team on +91 80 3172 6555 if anything is unclear, before you pay.

A paid counselling session reserves a specific time slot with an English expert. Because that slot is held for you and taken out of availability, session fees are non-refundable once paid.

Rescheduling. If you cannot attend, contact us on +91 80 3172 6555 or info@iquanta.in at least 4 hours before your slot and we will move you to another available time at no extra cost, subject to availability.

If you do not attend your session and have not asked to reschedule in advance, the session is treated as delivered and no refund is due.

If iQuanta cancels a session, or is unable to run it at the confirmed time, you may choose either an alternative slot or a full refund of that session fee.

If money is debited from your account but your booking or enrolment is not confirmed, or if you are charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the amount in full. Contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it.

If a payment fails at your bank but an amount is debited, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–7 working days.

Where a refund is due under this policy, it is processed to the original payment method through Razorpay. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days; how quickly the amount appears then depends on your bank or card issuer.
